1. Introduction
Welcome to Alumbra. Alumbra is owned and operated by Kinetix Group.

By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, making a booking, submitting an enquiry, entering our venue or attending any event, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or attend our events.


2. Entry Conditions
Entry is subject to valid government-issued photo identification, compliance with our dress code, Victorian liquor licensing laws, security screening where required, and behaviour deemed appropriate by venue management.

Alumbra reserves the right to refuse entry, refuse service or remove any person from the venue where permitted by law. Patrons refused entry or removed for intoxication, inappropriate behaviour or breach of these Terms are not entitled to a refund unless required under Australian Consumer Law.


3. Ticket Purchases & Refunds
Unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law, all ticket sales are final. Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes unless authorised. Event dates, artists, performers, set times and inclusions may change without notice. Refunds for cancelled events will be managed in accordance with the relevant ticketing provider's policy and Australian Consumer Law.


4. Marketing Communications
By purchasing tickets, submitting your personal information, subscribing to our mailing list, making a booking, entering a competition or otherwise interacting with Alumbra, you consent to receive marketing communications from both Alumbra and Kinetix Group via email and SMS.

 

As Alumbra is owned and operated by Kinetix Group, your personal information may be shared within Kinetix Group and used to send news, event announcements, presales, promotions, competitions, venue updates and special offers relating to Alumbra, Kinetix Group and any current or future venues, events, products or brands owned or operated by Kinetix Group.

 

You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails, replying STOP to SMS messages where applicable, or by contacting us directly. Transactional communications may still be sent where necessary.


5. Code of Conduct
Patrons must behave respectfully, comply with directions from venue staff and security, comply with all applicable laws and must not bring prohibited items or illegal substances into the venue. Alumbra maintains a zero-tolerance approach to violence, harassment and illegal drugs.


6. Responsible Service of Alcohol
Alcohol is served responsibly in accordance with Victorian liquor licensing laws. Venue management reserves the right to refuse the sale or supply of alcohol where required by law or considered appropriate.


7. Photography, Videography & Media
By entering the venue, you acknowledge that photography, videography and audio recording may occur. You grant Alumbra and Kinetix Group a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use your image, likeness or voice for promotional, marketing, editorial, advertising, social media and commercial purposes without further notice or compensation. If you do not wish to appear, please notify the photographer or venue staff. We cannot guarantee removal of previously published content unless required by law.


8. Website Use
You agree not to use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or reproduce website content without written permission. All branding, logos, images and content remain the intellectual property of Alumbra, Kinetix Group or their licensors.


9. Privacy
Personal information collected through our website, ticket purchases, bookings, competitions or marketing activities is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, attendance is at your own risk. Alumbra and Kinetix Group are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property or for interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.


11. Changes to These Terms
Alumbra may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication on our website.


12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
